If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs. For returned furniture items (i.e. Rumi Chair) there will also be a 30% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Porcelain ceramic: Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe.

Aluminum metal: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Solid marble & stone: Hand wash with gentle soap. Do not use in the microwave or dishwasher.

Cardboard: Remove dust with a soft cloth and pat stains with a damp cloth. Air dry only and do not use if wet. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pad. Avoid damp environments and keep away from heat sources.

For multi-cat households, the Plinth bowls offer excellent capacity. If you have a single cat, the Duomo bowls are perfectly sized for daily food and water portions.

Rumi is capable of supporting up to 250 lbs. For best performance, always keep Rumi upright and only apply weight to the seat and seat back portion, just like a dining chair.

The Rumi Chair is very robust and durable. As your cat scratches the material, the Rumi Chair will develop a beautiful patina, becoming suede-like and soft but maintaining it's structural strength. When tested, one chair lasted three years in a household with two cats. Even when thoroughly scratched, it should still be structurally sound and functional. Unless damaged by misuse or wet environments, we believe our product will last you many years.
